By clicking book on discovery call you will then be directed to my calendar, all days and times shown are my availability and the only difference between the discovery call and a coaching session is the discovery call is only 20 – 30 minutes and it is free.

The Get Unstuck coaching program is 12 weeks with 1 coaching session a week, so in total, you receive 12 x 1-hour coaching sessions over the course of the program.

No problem, everyone starts at a different place and while 12 weeks is perfect for some, often people need and want to spend longer with the coaching process. At the end of 12 weeks together we can reassess and get you re-booked for the number of sessions you would like.
Program clients have priority when it comes to rebooking.

Hopefully from reading this page and viewing my website, you will have a good idea if this program is for you, if at this stage you are still unsure or have questions book a Free Discovery Call and you can have a chat with me personally and I will answer any question you may still have.

Spots on this program are limited and I only take on 10 clients every 12 weeks. I always remarket and advertise the next intake date at least a month before it starts, current coachees are offered spots on the next program first, but you can book into the next intake at any time by contacting me.

The majority of my coaching is now done online so geographical location is no longer a limiting factor, as regards times and availability please refer to the FAQ to the left (or above on mobile)

90% of my coaching is now down online via……. on the odd occasion that you are located near buy and would like face-to-face coaching that can definitely be arranged

No not at all, platforms these days are made to be as user-friendly as possible. If it is your first time using a platform you may need to download it and all instructions for joining I will provide for you.
